The location of this place was great, not too close to the attractions, the room was nicely decorated with a spacious bed, and we really appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom; the staff were all friendly, caring, and super helpful.

Location: the hotel was next to Baku old city / city center, Restaurants, and mall. The vibe here was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed caring and particularly helpful staff...

The hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. the property staff is caring and hospitable. - the location is perfect and decent, 2 miles from the room. - the area is calm and next to the nearest Metro.

The cleanliness was impressive - spotless rooms, sheets, table, and lamps. The staff, including Ali, Samir, Zaid, and Fakhri, were excellent. Great value for money. Helpful and honest staff. Recommended for families and lady travelers.

The room at Home Suites Baku-Halal was excellent, with great heating to combat the cold weather outside. We were always comfortable and had hot water for showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English. The hotel's location was convenient, with a short walk to the seaside and close proximity to ATMs and grocery stores. The city center was just a quick drive away.

There were some noise disturbances, including a store with noisy chillers outside the building and cleaners who started early in the morning and talked loudly in the corridors. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation brought in a sewage smell, making it unusable.

Its location is perfect, very close to the City Centre, Baku Boulevard, and Baku Eye. There are lots of food options within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a short 10-minute walk from the beautiful Baku promenade. I loved being able to easily explore the area and enjoy the stunning views of the Caspian Sea. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Lastly, the rooms were great, with all the amenities I needed, including a balcony where I could relax and take in the city ambiance.

My recent stay at a hotel was exceptional. the staff was very hospitable and rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, with the stunning Baku promenade and a range of local restaurants and markets just a 10, minute walk away. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the high, speed internet and the 24, hour front desk service were some of the amazing facilities offered by the hotel.

A small incident with the staff accidentally disclosing our room number, but it was resolved quickly and professionally.
